By accessing and using moflip's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
moflip provides an online ticketing platform that enables users to discover, purchase, and manage tickets for various events including concerts, festivals, sports events, and entertainment experiences. Our services are integrated with major banking platforms including BRImo, Bale BTN, and Livin' Mandiri.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Ticket Purchases
4.1 Purchase Agreement
When you purchase a ticket, you enter into a binding agreement. All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer or required by applicable law.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified. Prices include applicable taxes and fees as displayed at checkout.
4.3 Refunds and Cancellations
Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers. In case of event cancellation by the organizer, refunds will be processed according to the organizer's policy. moflip is not responsible for event cancellations made by third-party organizers.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell tickets at inflated prices (scalping) unless permitted
- Use automated systems to purchase tickets
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
- Submit false or misleading information
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the moflip platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of moflip or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, moflip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in question.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless moflip, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
9. Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third-party services including banking applications and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
